Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery and deployment of Zigment's AI platform for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer projects are executed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with clients to gather detailed project requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their software environment and specific needs.
    • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for the development and integrations teams.
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
    • Ensure each project meets agreed-upon timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
    • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, setting internal milestones and deadlines.
    • Monitor progress against project plans, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
    • Ensure that quality checks are incorporated at key stages of the project to meet both internal and client expectations.
    • Liaise with internal teams (development, integrations, and QA) to ensure Zigment's platform is customized to fit each client's software environment, including necessary integrations with their existing systems.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:

    • Act as the key owner of the projects and the conduit between various teams.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Facilitate regular check-ins and project reviews with clients and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
    • Address any client concerns promptly and maintain strong relationships through the delivery process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Experience in AI, sales automation, or related technologies is a plus.
